Management at Sea + Management in the Office = Efficient Management
From the OPP we bring you a new workshop proposal by Marta Ponsa and Joan Ponsa. In this training, we will deal with the business management of fishing boats in a monographic format, in a single session on February 24 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
The contents that will be covered in this course are:
- Basic business documentation
- Importance of accounting taxes
- Analysis of the situation and possible improvements
- Management of the fishing collective of Palamós
- Conclusions
This training is for you if you think it is important to constantly monitor the evolution of the business, or if this periodic monitoring is burdensome and you think you can do more to keep the documents organized and up to date.
In this training you will also be able to learn to analyze the situation of your business: what are the strong and weak points; This will be the starting point to make small changes for a better management of your business.
