On April 25th, the Producers Organization of Palamós (OPP) participated in the SeaFood 2024 fair, held in Barcelona.
During the event, representatives from our organization had the opportunity to discuss with other OPPs about ways to improve the competitiveness of the fishing sector.
The discussions focused on strategies to optimize fishing processes, increase sustainability, and promote innovation within the sector. The day culminated with a show-cooking and a tasting of fish from the market, where various marine delicacies prepared with products from the participating OPPs were presented. This activity allowed attendees to enjoy the quality and diversity of fresh fish from our markets.
Our participation in SeaFood 2024 demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration with other organizations to promote a more competitive and sustainable fishing sector.
