On May 31st, the exhibition “Surcando Mares” will be inaugurated in collaboration with Kofradia – Itsas Etxea.
This exhibition will offer a detailed look at our work, the sustainability measures we implement, and the importance of one of our most prized products, the Red Shrimp of Palamós.
Through various activities and interactive materials, visitors will be able to learn about our responsible fishing practices and the history of our guild. The exhibition will end with a special gastronomic experience that includes a show-cooking of Red Shrimp of Palamós and a wine pairing from Penedès.
