On Tuesday 9th July we had the pleasure of receiving the visit of representatives of the Association for the Promotion of Business Commerce and Tourism of Palamós (FECOTUR) and the Chamber of Commerce of Palamós in the fish workshop of the OPP.
The attendees were able to learn first-hand about our project, which focuses on the transformation of local fish products, as well as our work to revalue local species.
To conclude the visit, we enjoyed a tasting of products prepared by the OPP, cooked by chef Narcís Oliu at the Espai del Peix. The menu included dishes such as horse mackerel salad, forkbeard pie, rice with kitten and delicious cookies with prawn tail cream.
This meeting allows us to continue strengthening links with local agents and to be able to promote the quality of Palamós fish products.
